Gareth Reardon
Raised in a construction family in South Africa, Gareth developed a strong work ethic from an early age. He founded Synergy Glass in 2013 after years of education and experience in the Louisiana glazing industry. Today, with more than 20 years of industry experience, Gareth leads the Synergy team with a focus on reliability, problem-solving, customer service, and delivering quality results. His hands-on leadership and commitment to building lasting relationships continue to drive Synergy Glass forward.

Chad Hall
Vice President, Estimating & Project Management
Growing up around his father’s masonry contracting business, Chad developed an early foundation in construction. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, he spent more than 16 years in pre-construction and project management. Chad joined Synergy Glass in 2014 and now leads estimating and project management, bringing extensive industry knowledge and experience to every project. Outside of work, Chad enjoys traveling with his family and attending his daughters’ athletic events.
Roy Sandrock III
Vice President, Operations & General Superintendent
A third-generation glazier in the Greater New Orleans area, Roy brings nearly 30 years of industry experience to Synergy Glass. Beginning as an apprentice, he worked his way into leadership roles overseeing major commercial glazing projects, field operations, and large crews. Roy joined Synergy Glass in 2015 and now serves as General Superintendent and Vice President of Operations, bringing hands-on experience and strong leadership to every project. Outside of work, Roy enjoys fishing, attending concerts, and spending time with his family.

Kurt Gunnels
Kurt Gunnels brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial glazing, construction management, estimating, and business operations. As a Senior Project Manager at Synergy Glass, he is known for his hands-on leadership, strong relationships, and commitment to delivering safe, high-quality projects. Outside of work, Kurt is a proud father of three and enjoys spending time with his family.

Whitney Keller is an experienced glazing professional with expertise in storefront, curtain wall, and entrance systems. Whitney is committed to providing accurate project coordination, thorough submittals, and practical solutions that support successful construction projects from design through installation.

Rene Sandrock
Coming from four generations in the glazing industry, Rene brings eight years of hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the trade. He began his career in the field as a helper, gaining valuable experience working his way through the industry. Today, he serves as an Assistant Project Manager, bringing his field knowledge and experience to every project.

Tricia LaFleur
Deeply rooted in the New Orleans construction landscape, Tricia brings a lifetime of field familiarity and formal expertise to her role as Senior Estimator at Synergy Glass. The daughter of a local architect, her career began with architecture school at Roger Williams University (Rhode Island) and then Tulane University. After building a strong pre-construction foundation with several prominent general contractors, she joined the Synergy Glass team in 2015 as an Estimator and became Senior Estimator in 2023. Tricia specializes in complex, high-stakes commercial projects, bringing technical precision and design-minded problem-solving to large-scale contracts across the Gulf Coast region. Her unique ability to bridge architectural design, code compliance, product knowledge, and jobsite execution ensures that Synergy Glass consistently delivers reliable, highly accurate estimates for the most challenging projects

Ross Miller
Ross joined the Synergy Glass team in the spring of 2025, drawn to a more focused and specialized corner of the construction industry after roles with a local general contractor and a large-scale owner's representative firm. With over a decade of experience in commercial construction and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from LSU, Ross brings deep practical knowledge, a genuine hunger to keep learning, and a knack for building relationships — a combination that's already made a real impact on the people and processes at Synergy Glass. As much pride as Ross takes in his career, he finds just as much joy in the everyday moments of life — particularly, navigating the rollercoaster ride of parenthood as a devoted husband to Kelli and proud dad to their young daughter, Andie. Quality time with family and friends, vacations in the sun and snow alike, a little Cajun cooking, and the occasional fishing trip round out Ross's favorite ways to spend his time.

With more than 18 years of experience in the commercial glazing industry, he brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the Synergy Glass team. His background includes over a decade in estimating and project management, working on complex commercial projects from planning through execution. With a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving, he develops practical solutions that meet project requirements and client expectations. His attention to detail and commitment to quality help contribute to the successful delivery of every project.
Financial ControllerLyle Lapeyrouse
Lyle Lapeyrouse is the Financial Controller at Synergy Glass Company, where he focuses on strengthening financial systems, driving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic growth. With 15 years of experience in the oil & gas and construction industries, Lyle previously helped scale a company from 3 to 65 employees across three locations and $20 million in revenue. He brings deep expertise in accounting, financial reporting, process improvement, and systems implementation. Lyle holds a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Northwestern State University and is known for his commitment to accountability and trustworthiness. Outside of work, he enjoys being a husband and father and spending time outdoors.
