Gareth Reardon

CEO & President

Gareth started Synergy Glass in 2013, relying on all of the hard work and long hours he was exposed to at an early age growing up in a construction family in South Africa. Synergy Glass represents the culmination of all the years of experience, education and training Gareth has accumulated over his lifetime. After completing a degree in Construction Management, Gareth and his wife immigrated to the United States in 1997 and pursued a master's degree in Business Administration. Upon completion, Gareth entered the Louisiana glazing industry and never looked back. With over 20 years of glazing experience in the construction industry, Gareth leads the Synergy team with his skills in execution, problem-solving, customer service and team building. Gareth brings his talents to the client side with his expertise in value engineering, contractors, project estimation and most importantly, reliability. Outside of work, you can find Gareth enjoying the game of golf and spending time with his three college-age kids.

Chad Hall

Vice President, Estimating & Project Management

Chad spent his early summers and weekends working for his father's masonry contracting business. After receiving his Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, Chad worked for three ENR 400 general contractors in various pre-construction and project management positions for over 16 years. Chad joined Synergy Glass Company in 2014 and manages estimating and project management for all projects. When he's not at work, Chad is traveling with his family and attending his daughters' athletic events.

Roy Sandrock III

Vice President, Operations & General Superintendent

A 3rd generation glazier in the Greater New Orleans area, Roy has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry. Starting as an apprentice, Roy worked his way up to foreman and then general superintendent, managing and coordinating all day to day operations of both the shop and the field. He has worked for major commercial glazing companies, leading large-scale projects up to $18 million and overseeing crews of up to 80 members. Roy joined Synergy Glass as General Superintendent and Vice President of Operations in 2015. When not on a job site, Roy enjoys fishing, attending concerts, and spending time with his family, especially his two granddaughters.

Anne Jacobson

Office Manager

Anne has received several higher educational degrees from Mary Baldwin University, Tulane, and Eastern Michigan University. She handles everything from bookkeeping to HR functions, including payroll and benefits, insurance certificates, and more. She also maintains legal compliance and is the company notary. Anne has spent most of her career in association and non-profit management, working in marketing, trade shows, human resources, and strategic planning. She was adjunct faculty with Detroit College of Business and University of Cincinnati Raymond Walters College, teaching psychology and marketing research, and she is a certified trainer of Blessing White’s Managing Personal Growth program.

Tricia Lafleur

Estimator

Tricia learned how to walk on jobsites as the daughter of a local New Orleans architect. After completing several years of Architecture school in Rhode Island and at Tulane University, Trish worked for several large General Contractors before joining the Synergy Glass team in 2015 as an estimator where she specializes and excels in large, complicated projects such as schools and hotel contracts over $500k. Mother of four (Olivia, Paige, Jack Jr, and Dominique), Trish has also enjoyed a long career of coaching soccer and softball and has served as VP of the Mandeville High School Band. Much of her spare time is spent renovating and remodeling houses, traveling to the beach, and enjoying live music on the weekends.

David Keating

Fabrication Shop Manager

David has spent nearly his entire life in the manufacturing business. He started his own manufacturing business in 1997 before he attended college at Southern Louisiana University for business management and Louisiana State University for mechanical engineering. David developed and mass-produced an array of products in his 27 years of entrepreneurship. After joining the Synergy Glass team in 2017 as Fabrication Shop Manager, he remains committed to bringing creativity and innovation to the glazing industry and takes great pride in teaching and instilling the skills he has learned to his teammates and employees. His extracurricular activities include outdoor hobbies such as hunting, fishing, and practicing marksmanship with his wife and four children.
